If the "StyleSwitcher" in YOOthemes doesn't work the problem is most likely that an update was done to Joomla that overwrote the permission on the theme currently being used.

FIX:

reset permissions on /public_html/templates/yoo_page  (or appropriate theme) to 755 for entire directory & files
